From the European Union:

Working Definition of Antisemitism
http://fra.europa.eu/fraWebsite/material/pub/AS/AS-WorkingDefinition-draft.pdf

"The purpose of this document is to provide a practical guide for identifying incidents, collecting data, and supporting the implementation and enforcement of legislation dealing with antisemitism."

Working definition: “Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.”

In addition, such manifestations could also target the state of Israel, conceived as a Jewish collectivity. Antisemitism frequently charges Jews with conspiring to harm humanity, and it is often used to blame Jews for “why things go wrong.” It is expressed in speech, writing, visual forms and action, and employs sinister stereotypes and negative character traits.

Contemporary examples of antisemitism in public life, the media, schools, the workplace, and in the religious sphere could, taking into account the overall context, include, but are not limited to:

Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.

Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as collective — such as, especially but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions.

Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, or even for acts committed by non-Jews.

Denying the fact, scope, mechanisms (e.g. gas chambers) or intentionality of the genocide of the Jewish people at the hands of National Socialist Germany and its supporters and accomplices during World War II (the Holocaust).

Accusing the Jews as a people, or Israel as a state, of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust.

Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations.

Examples of the ways in which antisemitism manifests itself with regard to the State of Israel taking into account the overall context could include:

Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.

Applying double standards by requiring of it a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation.

Using the symbols and images associated with classic antisemitism (e.g., claims of Jews killing Jesus or blood libel) to characterize Israel or Israelis.

Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.

Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.

However, criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as antisemitic.

Antisemitic acts are criminal when they are so defined by law (for example, denial of the Holocaust or distribution of antisemitic materials in some countries).

Hollywood's numerous followers of the Talmud have nixed a proposed Mel Gibson movie about the Old Testament on the preposterous supposition that the Talmudists have a proprietary relationship with the Old Testament Book of Maccabees. The religion of Orthodox (Pharisaic) Judaism has no copyright on God's Word, which they repeatedly nullify in favor of their rabbis' words. Out of this nullifcation the Pharisees’ religion, known today as "Judaism" was born. The ban on Gibson comes just a few days after the Israelis banned Nobel Laureate Günter Grass because he penned a poem warning of the possible Israeli annihilation of the Iranian people. The Zionist empire and its religion of Judaism pose as open-minded alternatives to Muslim theocracy, but are founded upon and flourish by means of media control and censorship. -Michael Hoffman

WARNER BROS. SHELVES MEL GIBSON MACCABEE MOVIE
April 11, 2012,

By Sharon Waxman and Brent Lang

Exclusive -- Warner Bros. has put on hold a controversial Mel Gibson movie project about the Jewish Maccabee revolt in the 2nd century B.C. after reading the script by writer Joe Eszterhas, TheWrap has learned.

A spokesman for the studio told TheWrap, "We are analyzing what to do with the project."

Jewish groups were outraged after news broke in September that Gibson had reached a production deal with Warner's to direct the story of Judah Maccabee, whose victory over Greek and Syrian armies is celebrated at Hanukkah. One Jewish group called it "a moral lapse in judgment."

Eszterhas delivered the script in late February, and Warner's has since passed on it, according to an individual close to the project. Warner production president Greg Silverman described it as lacking in "feeling" and "a sense of triumph," according to the individual.

As another individual put it, "The script didn't pass muster.”

A spokesman for Gibson had no immediate comment. Eszterhas declined to comment. Warner's has a long history of collaborating with Gibson, but the star was upset after the studio rescinded his cameo in "The Hangover Part II" when the crew protested his involvement.

The project involved one of Gibson's favored themes: an underdog army fighting for freedom. In 165 B.C., Jewish leader Maccabee led his brothers in revolt against the Seleucid Empire, ruled by Antiochus Epiphanes, who had forbidden Jewish practices.

Noting his checkered history of making anti-Semitic remarks and his controversial depiction of Jews in his 2003 film "The Passion of the Christ," Jewish leaders said the choice of Gibson to direct a film about a prominent figure in their religion was insensitive.

"Casting him as a director or perhaps as the star of 'Judah Maccabee' is like casting Madoff to be the head of the Securities and Exchange Commission," Rabbi Marvin Hier, founder of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, said in a statement after the project was announced.

The Anti-Defamation League asked Warner's to reconsider the choice of Gibson. In a statement, the group said, "Not only has Mel Gibson shown outward antagonism toward Jews and Judaism in his public statements and actions, but his previous attempt to bring biblical history to life on the screen was marred by anti-Semitism."

The American Gathering of Holocaust Survivors and their Descendants labeled the choice of Gibson a "moral lapse of judgment."

"Given our brutal experience, we are pained that Warner's has abandoned principle and taken this unworthy path," the group said at the time.

Gibson was detained by police in Malibu for drunken driving in 2006 and found himself embroiled in a public relations fiasco when reports surfaced that he had launched into expletive-laden anti-Semitic remarks while in custody.

It was left to Eszterhas to offer a modest defense of Gibson in a New York Times interview in February. The screenwriter noted that he had an anger problem but said he understood how to make a movie of the story of Maccabee on a "Braveheart"-like scale.

"We both saw it as Mel, maybe from his heart, wanting to do a terrific 'Braveheart'-like movie about Jewish history," said Eszterhas, who said he was comfortable working with Gibson despite his problem.

The Günter Grass poem protesting the possible annihilation of the Iranian people by the Israeli Air Force has led to the Nobel Laureate being banned by the Israelis. In a New York Times report in the April 9, 2012 issue, Israeli Minister Avigdor Lieberman the anti-Arab racist, is quoted making a moral objection to western intellectuals like Grass. Is Lieberman in a position to do so? The Times doesn’t tell its readers that Lieberman has talked of drowning Palestinians in the Dead Sea and executing Israeli Palestinians who talked to Hamas.

Lieberman is only one of numerous racist Israeli rogues who are being cited in the media as pillars of moral rectitude calling the supposedly vile German, Günter Grass, to account. Another is Israeli Interior Minister Eli Yishai, head of the Arab and gentile-hating Shas political party, whose spiritual leader, Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, has called for the extermination of the Palestinians and equated gentiles with donkeys. With these credentials and affiliations, Yishai called for Grass's Nobel Prize to be withdrawn. The western media play along with these Israeli racists and haters execrating Günter Grass for daring to call for peace and concern for the value of Iranian human life, if indeed it has any in the eyes of Lieberman, Yishai and Yosef.

Iranians are of such sub-human Talmudic status that the New York Times doesn't even bother to mention that the Grass poem seeks to protect Iranian people from a possible Israeli holocaust. Such protection for Iranians is not an issue for the western media. The sacrosanct immunity of Israeli violence and domination must be maintained against all dissenters, even Nobel Prize winners.

Imagine banning a poem because it sought to protest the possible annihilation of Israelis. The high brow literati of the West would rise with one voice to denounce such a ban as a neanderthal disgrace. While in the case of Grass, stock epithets of “anti-semitism” are hurled at the poet by the New York Times. The double-standard is breath-taking.

Grass should be given a medal for writing on behalf of millions of Iranians threatened by the Israeli Air Force and its bombs. Anyone who doubts what the Israeli military is willing to do to civilians, should examine the suppressed history of the Israeli bombing of the city of Beirut in July and August, 1982, a holocaust which the New York Times long ago conveniently forgot, along with many other massacres perpetrated by the Israelis.

This isn't the first time the Israelis have barred foreigners from entering the country as "punishment" for critical statements.  The US-based Judaic linguistics professor Noam Chomsky, who has often criticized the Israeli government, was banned from crossing the Israeli border from Jordan two years ago.  Last summer the Israelis stopped several hundred pro-Palestinian activists from travelling to the West Bank.  In October 2010, the Israelis expelled Irish Nobel Peace Prize winner Mairead Maguire after detaining her for a week. She had travelled to meet Israeli and Palestinian peace activists.

Send a (civil) letter of protest to the editor of World Net Daily:

Michael Hoffman's comment: Empty Tomb Books represents one of the most dynamic groups of intrepid, responsible, Christian conservative activists in North America. If you are a true follower of Jesus Christ and God's Holy Word, there is nothing to fear or censor in Empty Tomb Books. In fact, every faithful Christian would support their right to publish and advertise. Only the forces of Pharisaic-Churchianity, in league with the rabbis of the Babylonian Talmud, would find anything objectionable or deserving of a ban

WND's censorship of the "Empty Tomb" advertisement is more evidence that there is no free press for authentic Christians in the American media -- and that includes in the so-called "conservative" media.

Editor's note: Bishop Richard Williamson's "Eleison Comments" column, grounded in Scripture and the position of the Catholic Church for one thousand nine hundred sixty-five years (until the Second Vatican Council), was published in On the Contrary on Oct. 14 ("How Can Pope Benedict Let Go of Ancient Truths?"). With the usual chutzpah, the Conference of European Rabbis is demanding today that the Catholic pope condemn a Catholic bishop for preaching Catholic truth.

When is the pope going to call on Judaics to condemn murderous, racist rabbis for preaching Talmudic lies?

We support Bishop Williamson's right to publicly preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

Pope called on to condemn bishop’s new anti-Semitic slur
October 19, 2011

Chief Rabbi Pinchas Goldschmidt

BERLIN (Jewish Telegraph Agency) -- A group of European rabbis has called on the pope to condemn the latest anti-Semitic remarks by a Holocaust-denying Catholic bishop.

The Brussels-based Conference of European Rabbis slammed comments by Catholic Bishop Richard Williamson in which he allegedly blamed Jews for deicide. Williamson, a member of the radical Catholic Pius Brotherhood sect, reportedly made the comments in the latest issue of his newsletter, “The Eleison Comments." He has  been living in London.

“Comments like these take us back decades to the dark days before there was a meaningful and mutually respectful dialogue between Jews and Roman Catholics,” conference President Chief Rabbi Pinchas Goldschmidt of Moscow said in a statement issued Wednesday.

Goldschmidt called for the Church to "suspend negotiations with extremist Catholic tendencies until it is clear that these groups show a clear commitment to tackling anti-Semitism within their ranks."

In his newsletter, Williamson wrote that “only the Jews were the primary agents of the deicide because Pontius Pilate would never have condemned Jesus if the Jews had not asked for blood.”

Williamson was found guilty of Holocaust denial in Germany in 2010 and fined about $14,000. He has previously denied the existence of gas chambers and the murder of 6 million Jews during the Holocaust.

In 2009, Pope Benedict XVI lifted the excommunication against Williamson, but the Vatican also reportedly declared that "in order to be admitted to episcopal functions within the Church, (he) will have to take his distance, in an absolutely unequivocal and public fashion, from his position on the Shoah, which the Holy Father was not aware of when the excommunication was lifted."

During meetings with Pope Benedict in Berlin last month, German Jewish leader Dieter Graumann said that one of the issues that troubled Jewish-Catholic relations was the Church's refusal to condemn Williamson.

In his statement Wednesday, Goldschmidt said the pope "has shown a commitment to fostering a spirit of positive dialogue with Jews both before and during his papacy. But he must clearly show that there is no room in the Catholic Church for purveyors of hate."

In the summer of 2008 an advertisement for Michael Hoffman’s book Judaism Discovered was accepted by The New York Review of Books (NYRB) for its Independent Press advertising pages. We contracted for two insertions.

After one insertion in the Sept. 25 issue, the woman who accepted our ad was either demoted or fired and we received the following communication from the elite NYRB, which has so often raised its voice against the censorship of books:

"My name is Alice McGrath and from now on I will be handling the Independent Press listing in the New York Review of Books. I'm writing with regards to the Independent History and Research advertisement that ran in our September 25 issue, which was scheduled to run in the October 23 issue as well.

"It is with regret that I inform you that we will be unable to publish your ad a second time. We have received complaints from subscribers about the ad, and our editor and associate publisher have considered the matter, deciding that this particular advertisement is unsuitable for our publication. As noted in the disclaimer at the end of our publication, the Publisher reserves the right to cancel any advertising at any time. You will not be billed a second time. I am very sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you."

Yours sincerely,

Dear Alice McGrath

In what way is our book unsuitable for an advertisement in NYRB?

Have the editor and publisher read it, or read a review of it?

Shouldn't they examine the book first, before banning an advertisement for it?

Is your advertising policy solely based on yielding to complaints from subscribers?

Would you ask the editor and publisher to accept an examination copy of Judaism Discovered from us, without cost or obligation, and make a determination on the suitability of an ad for the book based on an examination of it? That would seem normative and enlightened. The current policy is decidedly not.

Sincerely,
Independent History and Research

Political Correctness gone wild!

God’s Word cannot be allowed to compete with the word used for Judaic suffering in World War II. Now even God is subject to editing by human decree. This is nothing less than Talmudic praxis. Notice that this censored Bible will be published at the start of Lent; clearly a ritual affront. Michael Hoffman

Revised Bible provides 'more clarity, more detail' for today's Catholic

By Patricia Zapor, Feb. 3, 2011

WASHINGTON (CNS) -- The revised New American Bible that will be released on Ash Wednesday, March 9, may seem most notably different to casual readers for its efforts at providing context and clarity in how the passages fit together, according to the coordinator of its publication.

"It will be like going from regular TV to high-definition," said Mary Elizabeth Sperry, associate director of New American Bible utilization for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. "You'll have the same programs but more clarity, more detail."

What is being called the New American Bible Revised Edition, or NABRE, will include the first revised translation since 1970 of the Old Testament. The New Testament translation is the same as in 1986 and later editions of the New American Bible.

The NABRE also will include the updated Book of Psalms, which was revised between 1991 and 2010 and has been included in versions of the New American Bible published since 1991.

The new Bible will be available in an assortment of print, audio and electronic formats, from a variety of publishers. Individual publishers will roll out their versions on their own schedules. For instance, Oxford University Press announced its line of compact NABRE editions will be available by Easter, April 24, and its study Bibles will be on the market for fall 2011 courses.

The NABRE's publication will not affect what Scripture texts are used for Mass. The Lectionary translation has already been updated recently.

Sperry explained that some of the updating in the Old Testament resulted from developments in biblical scholarship since the last time it was translated. For instance, recent archaeological discoveries have provided better texts, which affected scholarly views on how certain passages should be translated, she said.

The goal of retranslating the Old Testament was to "get it closer to the original language," Sperry said. Scholars start with the original Hebrew or Greek text, for instance, rather than simply working from the 1970 New American Bible version, or from translations used in other Bible editions.

For the most part, the changes will be hard to spot, except by those who are serious students or scholars, she said.

In other places in the NABRE, even casual readers may catch the differences.

She and Benedictine Father Joseph Jensen, executive secretary of the Catholic Biblical Association and one of the scholars who worked on the translation, both gave two examples of the type of changes everyday readers might notice: the disappearance of the words "cereal" and "booty."

The goal when possible was "to make the language more contemporary," said Father Jensen. In today's culture the phrase "cereal offering" conjures up images of Wheaties and Cheerios, not the bushels of wheat type of offering that the term is intended to mean, he said.

The word "booty" also has taken on the slang meanings of "buttocks" or sometimes, "sexual intercourse," instead of its primary meaning of "plunder," such as a marauding army might acquire.

Sperry said another change made for contemporary readers was the elimination of the word "holocaust" in favor of "burnt offerings." Since millions of Jews were killed in German death camps before and during World War II, the word Holocaust has gradually come to specifically refer only to that period of history, she explained.

Kathleen Nash, associate professor and chair of the religious studies department at Le Moyne College, translated the book of Joel for the NABRE and "shepherded" 1 Samuel through the process after it was translated by Carmelite Father Craig Morrison, currently of the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome. Nash joined the process in 1996, several years after the team of translators got started.

It turned out to be a long-term commitment. The editorial board met one weekend a month for years, reviewing each others' work, sometimes spending multiple weekends on a single book, she explained. Later the group's meetings revolved around queries from bishops who had their own questions and suggestions after they received the translations.

"For a good number of years, that's all I did: live and breathe translation," Nash said.

Coming into the work fairly early in her academic career, Nash said, she was very excited to be involved in the process, especially since the team was "a good mix of senior and younger scholars. ... we worked well together."

There were disagreements, to be sure, such as over whether the pronoun "he" should be used in all references to God, she said. Another effort was made to substitute "it" for references to the church as "she."

"That didn't fly," Nash said.

The completed Old Testament revision was approved by the bishops at their November 2008 meeting. In 2010 the bishops signed off on the latest revision of the Psalter, as the Book of Psalms is called.

The publication of the revised Bible also reinvigorates an ongoing dispute between the Catholic Biblical Association and the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, a separately incorporated entity whose membership is composed of the members of the USCCB Administrative Committee. The confraternity licenses religious and spiritual literature.

For decades, the association received payments from the confraternity for sales of Bibles and other publications that use the NAB translation. Payments -- which the association said represented 25 percent of the income from licensing -- but were stopped in 2008 while the confraternity sought changes in the arrangement.

The two sides entered into the process of conciliation provided for under canon law. Both the USCCB and Father Jensen declined to comment on the specifics of the case.

In a statement to CNS, Sperry said: "At the request of the CBA, the matter is in canonical conciliation. That process requires confidentiality. The bishops take the process seriously and will abide by its terms."

Father Jensen said that conciliation effort "has not been effective, but we are continuing to try."

Father Jensen said the suspension of the payments had various ramifications, from the issue of who has the legal rights to the payments to how the association would continue to pay for its program of scholarships and stipends for scholars and students.

The first year after the payments were cut off, the Catholic Biblical Association had a $170,000 deficit because it honored the grants to which it was already committed, he said, adding that the association has suspended all its grants except for a few student stipends and a famine relief donation.

"Academic Freedom and Holocaust Denial Newspeak”
A Talk by Michael Hoffman

In this approximately 15-minute talk, Michael Hoffman analyzes the thoughtless acceptance of the Newspeak "Holocaust denial" phrase as a universal description of dissenters who dare to question Allied and Zionist dogma. He points to the hypocrisy of approved "holocaust denial " by Zionist professors who deny the 1945 Allied holocaust in Dresden, Germany or the Israeli genocide in Gaza — "denials" which are not a subject of academic controversy or media reproach and do not threaten the university employment or credentials of the deniers.

In the course of this talk, Hoffman confronts Prof. Cary Nelson's arguments in the Nov. 7, 2010 issue of "The Chronicle of Higher Education," about the "Holocaust" and "Holocaust denial" as it applies to the case of Prof. Kaukab Siddique of Pennsylvania's Lincoln University.

Hoffman is the author of "The Great Holocaust Trial: The Landmark Battle for the Right to Doubt the West's Most Sacred Relic” (forthcoming from Independent History and Research, December, 2010). He is a pioneer in the study of the psychology and epistemology of Newspeak as applied to public perception of World War II historiography.

Hoffman’s work is made possible by the sale of his books, newsletters and lectures and by donations from truth-seekers. He is an independent scholar and has no corporate or institutional affiliation or sponsorship.

The US government in the person of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is pressuring China to end Internet censorship. This is inspired by China's alleged repression against "freedom-loving" Google.

Be aware that the US Department of State has partnered with the Israeli government and various thought police NGOs to "monitor" exposure of the truth about Judaism and Zionism online. Both the Israeli government and elite Zionists around the world advocate Internet censorship of World War II revisionism ("Holocaust denial").  Elie Wiesel recently urged the government of Hungary to improve its image by jailing revisionist historians. Germany, the close ally of the US and the Israelis, jails revisionists and censors the Internet. The US is complicit in the German repression. Obama has met with German jailer Angela Merkel and praised her "democratic values."

Google acts as the enforcement arm of the religion of Holocaustianity, protecting it from scrutiny, skepticism and exposure. We are reproducing here correspondence from Google related to Google Inc.'s 2006 censorship of two of our revisionist videos from the Internet. What does Mrs. Clinton have to say about Google's censorship?

The Google corporation defines "Holocaust" revisionism as "hate speech," and on that basis withdrew the Lipstadt and Provan videos from broadcast. The censored Lipstadt video demonstrated how "Holocaust" High Priestess Lipstadt had labeled historian David Irving "Amalek," which is incitement that could possibly lead to his death. The censored Charles Provan video consisted of an interview with a researcher who believes in the gas chambers and differs with mainstream historians only on certain details. Hence, even belief in the gas chambers, when it is not total belief, in every single detail of the "Holocaust" story, now constitutes "hate speech." If this is not totalitarianism, what is?  Google initially approved these two videos and broadcast them for approximately one month. The videos were removed only due to outside pressure.

Deborah Lipstadt has publicly labeled my "Amalek" video about her, "revolting."

In 2006 in the Washington Post, William Bennett and Alan Dershowitz chastised the American media for having failed to publish the cartoons against Muhammad which first appeared in Denmark: "...radical Islamists have won a war of intimidation. They have cowed the major news media from showing these cartoons. The mainstream press has capitulated to the Islamists..."

Radical Judaics are also winning a war of intimidation. They have cowed Google into censoring a video critical of Deborah Lipstadt, and another video which maintains that the execution gas chambers existed, but that they were operated mainly by Judaics. Are "intimidation" and "capitulation" only wrong when they emanate from Islamic coercion? What about Judaic intimidation of the media? It must be at a higher level of power and control, because unlike the Islamic version, Judaic intimidation is not publicized in the US media. It is perpetrated largely without the knowledge of the public.

We protested Google's censorship. Here is Google's rejoinder:

Ambassador Zhou Wenzhong
Embassy of China
2201 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W.
Washington D.C. 20007

Jan. 13, 2010

Dear Ambassador Wenzhong

Re: Google vs. China

In today's news we read what appears to be the stirring stand of Google, the Internet search engine giant, in defying "Chinese censorship." The U.S. media is complicit in disseminating the farcical myth about Google's alleged stand against censorship.

The fact is, Google itself practices censorship of dissident history and scholarship. Scientists, historians and journalists in the West who investigate and subsequently dissent from any aspect of the vast corpus of World War II history classified under the neologism "The Holocaust," are denied access to the public by various forms of censorship and repression. Dissident investigative research by scholars and journalists in this field is called by the pejorative and highly inaccurate quasi-theological term, "Holocaust denial."

At Google this takes the form of refusing advertisements for "Holocaust denial" books and other media and censoring any form of expression dubbed "Holocaust denial."

In 2006 Google censored videos produced by this writer that pertained to Auschwitz, Deborah Lipstadt and the Protestant historian Charles Provan. In the case of Mr. Provan, the video interview with him was censored by Google because Provan, who accepts the claims of homicidal gas chambers allegedly used by the Nazis, dared to state in the course of his videotaped interview, that Judaic inmates were the ones who operated the killing gas chambers in the concentration camp at Treblinka.

After receiving numerous complaints and protests over the removal of my history videos from "Google Video," the Google corporation never responded to a single complainant. Google's arrogance and hypocrisy truly knows no bounds.

The history videos censored by Google contained no racial invective of any kind. Neither did they contain any sexual pornography. They were censored by Google strictly on the basis that they contradicted the official American version of what transpired during World War II.

I am writing to inform you and the Chinese people that Google's attempt to pose as a champion of freedom of speech against China, is a sham. They are censors and what is more, they are dishonest censors in that they pretend to be advocates of freedom of speech when they are in fact guilty of the very thing for which they accuse the government of China.

Sincerely,
Michael Hoffman

Editor's Note: The main engine of censorship in the western world and the most insidious force behind the criminal prosecution of freethinkers today, is not the Catholic Church or the right wing, it is Zionism and Judaism, ever seeking to protect its most cherished myths from scientific and historiographic scrutiny.

If this blog was authored in Germany, the American 'Jewish' Committee would attempt to have this writer jailed for producing it.

The tyranny is compounded by the extent to which Zionist journalists, editors and media executives in the United States ignore the kosher dictatorship over the mind of man. The Inquisition is alive and well in Germany and other "Jewish" Committee satraps, but you'd never know it if you relied exclusively on NPR and the establishment media for your news.

By the way, AP's description of two revisionist volumes as "far-right" is a lie in the case of at least one author. Books by Germar Rudolf, a former PhD. candidate in chemistry at the Max Planck Institute, are scientific studies without political content. But it is important to the Associated Press to stigmatize such research as "far right." (The term "far Zionist" is not one we have seen from AP).

The American Jewish Committee (AJC) in Berlin filed a complaint Friday (July 24) asking prosecutors to investigate Amazon.de to see if it has broken German laws against Holocaust denial by selling far-right books.

"We must not allow the laws against denying the Holocaust and hate against minorities in Germany to be eroded through the proliferation of online companies," said AJC-Berlin director Deidre Berger in a statement.

Christine Hoeger, a spokeswoman for Amazon.de, said in an e-mailed response to AP that the company would check the list of books outlined by the AJC once it receives it, to see if the books conflict with Amazon's eligibility requirements. She said, for example, Amazon does not sell books on a federal list of material considered harmful to minors, or books that courts have banned.

"Should Amazon - or any other dealer - decide which books German readers should be able to read?" she wrote in the e-mail.

"Amazon is a dealer, not a regulatory institution, and we are of the opinion that the content of media can and should not be evaluated by private businesses that have no expertise or competence in this area."

Amazon.de is the German arm of Seattle-based online retailer Amazon.com Inc.

The books cited by the AJC, such as The Auschwitz Myth by Wilhelm Staeglich and a volume by convicted Holocaust denier Germar Rudolf, were available for sale on Amazon.de Friday afternoon.

Denial of the Nazi Holocaust is a crime in Germany, punishable by a possible five years in prison.

AJC member Benjamin Schoeler, reached by telephone, said the goal of the complaint, however, is to get Amazon.de to evaluate the books they sell, and pull ones that promote Holocaust denial or anti-Semitism.

Though the books cited by the AJC are all available via second-party sellers through Amazon.de's Marketplace, Schoeler said buyers order and pay for the books through Amazon.de. "We see the firm as responsible for what they are selling," he said.

Hoeger said the company had refused to sell some books that did not fit its content criteria for their views on Nazism, but said they used the highest degree of caution and wanted to ensure that other titles that are worthy of discussion were available.

"We see it as one of our most important tasks as a bookseller to offer our customers access to the widest choice possible," she said. "Therefore our customers will also find titles in the future in which troublesome content regarding the Nazis is found - as they will find an extensive selection of titles in which the Nazis are sharply criticized and condemned."

Schoeler also conceded that even if banned on the German site, the books could be purchased elsewhere - like in the U.S. via Amazon.com - but said nothing could be done to stop that. It is legal to purchase such books in the U.S., but it is not here, he maintained.

The complaint was faxed Friday to prosecutors in Munich, where Amazon-Germany is based.

There was nobody available at the prosecutors' office to comment on the case, but such complaints usually take at least weeks to be evaluated before a decision is made whether to open an investigation.
