By Michael Hoffman
www.revisionisthistory.org

I am currently writing the introduction, compiling the bibiliography and designing the cover for our forthcoming book, Testing the Talmud, which was written by a professor of Hebrew at a major university. Judaism is again on my mind therefore, after writing three books on the subject (in 2000, 2008 and 2011) and then pursuing other revisionist history, most recently, Usury in Christendom.

Yesterday was Lag B'omer, an Israeli holdiay in honor of Rabbi Shimon Ben Yohai, the reputed founder of the Kabbalstic system of magic and superstition in Judaism, and the Mishnaic theologian who declared, "Even the best of the gentiles should all be killed."

In honor of this sweet guy, tens of thousands of Orthodox Judaics converged at his grave April 28, for supplication, dancing and the usual occult bacchanal.

While Yohai is the main attraction, a sideshow revovles around another Talmudic "sage," Rabbi Akiva, who was the chaplain to the murderous, sicarii type of zealots of the first two centuries A.D. who are incarnate today in occupied Palestine as "the Israeli settlers" -- receiving cash payments and lavish laurels from Churchianity's Protestant Fundamentalist mountebanks.

Akiva supported the Jewish terrorist Bar Kokhba in his drive to expel the Romans from Palestine by terror and force of arms. The Jewish defeat was so calamitous that for the next eighteen centuries, until the dawn of the Zionism of Moses Hess and Theodore Herzl, the Talmudic sages counseled deception, stealth, subversion and treachery as the means by which the despised gentiles could be overcome, rather than Judaic force of arms. These tactics, as perfected by "the Rambam," the eminent medieval rabbi, Moses Maimonides, physician to the sultan's family, included forming a sly alliance with the Muslims in order to use them against the Christian powers (even though Maimonides privately execrated Muslims, as he did all gentiles of every religion).

According to the Talmud, Rabbi Akiva saw 24,000 of his students die during the Omer period until the 33rd day, now known as "Lag B'Omer. "

I ask you to ponder the significance of this self-advertised casualty figure. As some readers may know, if you are sketpical about the Six Million casualty figure officially promulgated with regard to Judaic deaths under the Nazis, you will be branded by the media (and even the "alternative” Wikipedia media), as a devil/heretic, i.e. as a "Holocaust denier."

Every year this writer is denied speaking engagements, advertising space and serious consideration for his  books by means of the magical invocation of this stigma by all and sundry, from the post-Renaissance Roman Catholic authorities (for whom the heavily financed and highly organized international campaign to deny the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is simply not an issue of comparable concern), to movements and intellectuals on the conservative Right and the liberal Left. If one desires to feel what it is like to be treated as a heretic in the Age of Agnosticism, just dare to say you don't believe Six Million "Jews" died at the hands of the Nazis. You and your reputation will soon be parted like a drunken sailor and his money.

Asking for evidence of the sacred Six Million World War II casualty figure is offensive, because history has nothing to do with it. We are in the realm of religious faith under the mask of historiography. One can draw a parallel with the Boston marathon bombings: the case is still developing, the investigation has just begun, yet it is already a sign of gravely disordered "whacko conspiracy theorizing" to dare to ask questions about Boston and invoke blasphemous terms such as "false flag" and "FBI patsy."

The way the hypocrisy functions is that certain chosen people have the right to deny or minimize the extent of the Allied holocaust against German civilians. No less a figure of authority than the lady who coined the "Holocaust denial" Newspeak, Prof. Deborah Lipstadt, has reduced the number of Germans murdered in the city of Dresden by British and American firebombs, by tens of thousands. As one of the Holy People and an author of "Holocaust" liturgy, the media and academia accord her the solemn right (and duty!) to curb any notion that German civilians suffered a holocaust in World War II.

As a heretic these many years (I was a voracious and reasonably precocious reader as a kid, and 44 years ago, in 1969, I stumbled upon a booklet published by Willis Carto, The Myth of the Six Million -- my career as a thought criminal was launched). The main problem with The Six Million figure is that it is a religious statistic derived from Kabbalistic numerology. It has cropped up repeatedly on the Talmudists' peregrination through time, along with other intriguing casualty figures, such as the eight million Jews and even, the eight billion.

Lag B'omer centers on a more modest pile of mythical corpses, "The 24,000," a figure that was concocted just as the Mishna, the first portion of what has come to be known as the Talmud, (the laws and traditions of the Phairsees committed to writing), was being compiled. Consequently, it is at the very root of what has come to be known as Orthodox Judaism.

I hope I will be forgiven for doubting The 24,000 of Rabbi Akiva. I don't think I can can get into any more hot water than I am already boiling in (the Talmud has Jesus Christ boiling in another, less salubrious substance), for having added 24,000 to Six Million as two sacred casualty figures that do not impel belief from my horribly heretical soul.

There is no more factual basis for the 24,000 than for the Six Million, and hardly anyone outside of Talmudists, and researchers like yours truly, have even heard of it. But its utility for revisionist history is that it testifies to an eternally recurring Talmudic mentality. A "don't bother me with the facts" attitude of mendacity, together with an imperious, ipse dixit psychology that is threaded through the Mishnah, Gemara, Midrash, Mishneh Torah, Shulchan Aruch, Mishna Berurah and all the rest of the halachic hooey by which the heirs of the Pharisees have deluded themselves these many centuries. Now, since every religion has a right to its own story (in a First Amendement sense), who would care whether the rabbis believed these numbers, were it not for the fact that these wild imaginings are enforced by the US State Department, US Holocaust Museum, President Obama (and all presidents prior to him beginning with Reagan); the mainstream Protestant and Catholic churches, and 99% of all university faculty and corporate employers.

Somehow, in our 21st century atheists' elysium, where Copernicus and Darwin and Dawkins are the tutelary gods of scientism, we are all required to believe whatever the Kabbalah and the Talmud tell us to believe. The New Testament? A mere fairy tale. Christ's resurrection? A shoddy hoax. But only a satanic cretin would scruple to deny The 24,000 or The Six Million.

Lag B'Omer: Rethinking the Rabbi Akiva Narrative

The sudden deaths of so many thousands of Rabbi Akiva's disciples, which according to the Talmud stopped on the day that is now known as Lag B'Omer, can potentially be thought of as casualties of Hadrian’s push to crush Jewish revolutionary activity once and for all, writes Binyamin Kagedan.

By Binyamin Kagedan
The Algemeiner | April 28, 2013
http://www.algemeiner.com/2013/04/28/lag-bomer-rethinking-the-rabbi-akiva-narrative/#

As is the case for many holidays in the Jewish calendar cycle, Lag B’Omer (April 28 this year) carries within it not one, but multiple and distinct layers of meaning. Mystical significances, historical memories, and moral reflections all meld together into the contemporary notion of what makes this day special, the product of nearly two millennia of overlaid and interwoven innovations in tradition and observance.

One of the most prominent themes describes that the 33rd day of the Omer period brought the sudden cessation of a calamity of national proportions in ancient Judea—the death of 24,000 students of the sage Rabbi Akiva. The mourning practices that have become a standard part of counting the 50 days between Passover and Shavuot likewise cease on Lag B’Omer for most traditional Jews, corresponding to the end of the catastrophe.

The Rabbi Akiva narrative can be traced back to a single, rather ambiguous passage in the Talmud that identifies neither the timing of the event nor how the scholars died. It does, however, specify a cause—namely that Akiva’s students had made a habit of treating each other with disrespect. The Talmudic narrators reviewing the anecdote then supply more detail, placing the event chronologically between Passover and Shavuot, and attributing the mode of death to a divinely ordained plague, punishment for the pupils’ collective lapse in behavior.

While it has often been interpreted at a literal level, the vague and mystifying nature of the account, coupled with the immensity of loss of life it describes, demands that we think critically about what is being conveyed. It seems quite unlikely that the rabbis would have contented themselves with explaining such unthinkable devastation as an act of divine justice necessitated by widespread academic hubris. Instead, it is helpful to understand the narrative against the social and political backdrop of the times and the persona of Rabbi Akiva.

Rabbi Akiva’s life coincided with period of violent upheaval that resulted in the fall of the Judean state. Beginning in the year 70 CE, radical Judean militias staged a series of revolts against the Roman Empire, on the basis of religious repression, heavy taxation, and the desire for independence. Each time, the rebellions held out successfully for a few years, only to be eventually overwhelmed and put down by Rome’s determined leaders and immense military machine.

It is said that Rabbi Akiva began his rabbinic career at the late age of 40, but his brilliance, charisma, and creative interpretation of the law propelled him to fame, wealth, and a spot in the highest echelons of Jewish leadership. He was also, it seems, an ardent Jewish nationalist. The Jerusalem Talmud depicts Rabbi Akiva as throwing his influential support behind the leader of the final revolt, known as Bar Kochba, and publicly designating him the long-awaited Messiah who would restore Israel to political and religious freedom! A tradition associated with Rabbi Akiva’s death is that he was executed for continuing to teach Torah publicly, defiantly flouting a Roman prohibition against it that came in the aftermath of the last revolt.

In light of the fact that Talmudic lore associates Rabbi Akiva with the Jewish rebellion movement, we might consider an alternative reading of the story of his dying pupils. Not every rabbi in Rabbi Akiva’s day supported armed resistance against Rome, some seeing the probability of Roman retribution as too great a cost. But we can conjecture that Rabbi Akiva’s many students across Judea would have been loyal to him, and would have taken up arms against the imperial forces at his suggestion. In that case, the sudden deaths of so many thousands of his disciples can be thought of as casualties of Emperor Hadrian’s push to crush Jewish revolutionary activity once and for all. Hadrian was largely successful, and no effort was made to reclaim the province as a Jewish state until modern times.

Why then would the Talmud be so sparse with detail, and why would later rabbis composing the Talmud come up with such a different explanation? Francince Klagsbrun, in her book Jewish Days: A Book of Jewish Life and Culture, offers the idea that since those compilers may still have been living under Roman rule, it would have been unwise to refer openly to Jewish rebellions in the recent past.

Another possibility is that changing or leaving out the details of the true cause of the students’ demise was a silent repudiation of Rabbi Akiva, or alternatively an effort to protect his reputation from being tarnished by a connection to a failed war and a false messiah. In any case, whatever actually happened to Rabbi Akiva’s students, Lag B’Omer continues to be celebrated as the day on which the tragedy ended and the hope of peace was restored.

In his Sept. 19, 2012 editorial on "Obama and Bible prophecy" Rev. Ted Pike writes:

"Who is the Clay and Iron?

Of these two racial groups, who is the “clay” and who the “iron?”

To answer that, we must go back to the time of Noah, just after the Flood. Noah became drunk and lay naked in his tent. Considering God’s harsh reaction, Ham must have done more than just look at his father—possibly even sodomizing him. Sobering and realizing “what his youngest son had done to him” (Gen. 9:24), Noah pronounced a perpetual curse on Ham’s descendants, focusing on Ham’s innocent son Canaan.

Was this “collective punishment” unjust? It might seem so. But, just as all mankind and nature itself is under the “curse” because of Adam and Eve’s sin, so Ham’s descendants bear the consequences of their ancestor's transgression. God never condemns innocent souls eternally for their parents’ sins. But we live in a cause-and-effect world, and we are often affected by our forefathers’ moral decisions, for good or for evil. The descendants of Ham today primarily consist of blacks. (End quote; emphasis supplied).

Michael Hoffman comments:

The notion that Ham "possibly" sodomized Noah, and that Ham's descendants today are Black people, is a doctrine of the rabbis (cf. Midrash Rabbah, vol. 1 [Soncino, 1983], p. 293).

Rev. Pike's assertions are found nowhere in the Bible.

“There is no denying that the Babylonian Talmud was the first source to read a Negrophobic content into the episode” (of Ham, Noah and Canaan). - Harold Brackman, PhD.

This “Curse of Ham” as taught by the rabbis (and Ted Pike) is what Abraham Melamed terms: the “locus classicus” of Judaism’s historic antipathy toward Black people, and the exegetical source of its racist teaching, from the Amora’im of Babylonia to Moses Maimonides.
-Melamed, The Image of the Black in Jewish Culture [New York, 2003], pp.22 and 55.

Throughout history these rabbinic myths have been used to justify the enslavement and brutalization of Black people.

It is most unfortunate to see a Christian minister associate Christianity with pornographic disparagement of Noah and racist lies about the Black race.

Pike, an alleged Right wing authority on the Talmud, is promoting rabbinic myths about patriarch Noah, Noah's progeny and the black race.

In his columns, Rev. Pike continues to sow confusion and misdirection by mixing a certain amount of grotesque mythology with a certain amount of truth. Why?

NEWS SUPPRESSED BY THE CORPORATE PRESS
(The New York Times, as of Sept. 6, has yet to report this Aug. 25 event)

Recovered from the Media Memory Hole:
Top Rabbi calls for extermination of the Iranian people

Michael Hoffman’s Note: This is not the first time that Sephardic Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, a powerful Israeli politician who has members of his party in top positions in the Israeli government, has called for the extermination of entire nations of people.

On April 9, 2001, in a sermon prior to the start of Passover, Yosef declared, "It is forbidden to be merciful to (the Arabs), you must give them missiles, with relish - annihilate them. Evil ones, damnable ones. May the Holy Name visit retribution on the Arabs' heads, and cause their seed to be lost, and annihilate them, and cause them to be vanquished and cause them to be cast from the world.”

The American media have amnesia about the horrific hate speech of this extermination advocate. His latest genocidal declaration has, likewise, been given almost no publicity in the U.S. Now, if Yosef had been a Christian leader and called for the extermination of...well...you know the degree to which the 'fit would have hit the shan' in that case. But rabbinic hate speech is protected speech. Goyim are not supposed to know about it, discuss it or study its connection to Orthodox Talmudic theology.

Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, spiritual leader of the Israeli political party "Shas," during evening prayer in his synagogue in Yefe Noff, Jerusalem. Yosef determines all major policy positions for the party (cf. Jerusalem Post, Aug. 26). Israeli Interior Minister Eli Yishai is among the government officials who get their orders from the rabbi.

Rav Ovadia Yosef: We Must Pray for the Destruction of Iran
By Jacob Edelist, The Jewish Press, Aug, 26, 2012

With the approach of Rosh Hashana, Rav Ovadia Yosef said on Saturday night (Aug. 25, 2012) that when we eat the traditional holiday symbolic foods, whose names or shapes have a symbolic connection to our supplications to Hashem, especially when we make the blessing over the dates, t’marim, and pray that our enemies be obliterated, we should focus specifically on Iran, the wicked nation which is threatening the State of Israel. “May the good Lord obliterate them, destroy them…”

Tractate Kritut in the Babylonian Talmud teaches that we should eat on Rosh Hashanah, among other fruits, a date – “tamar” – which contains the syllable “tam” or ended, and after eating a portion of it we should say, “May it be Your will, our God and the God of our fathers, that all our enemies and haters and all who plots against us be terminated.”

Also, when we eat a leek (“kreti”) we should appeal to God that our enemies and haters along with anyone who plots against us be destroyed, the Rav clarified that we should focus on the Hizbullah and Iran. “May God destroy them and wipe them off the face of the earth,” said the Rav and quoted many sources in Psalms referring to the Almighty’s salvation in the face of enemy threats. “They go by chariot and on horseback and we will go in the name of Our God. They bowed and fell, and we got up and persevered.”

During discussions throughout the previous week, Rav Ovadia referred to the Iranian threat, saying, “There are evil people, the Iranians, waiting to destroy us . . . .we must pour out our hearts in prayer to the Holy One, blessed be His Name. . . .We are in danger, we are all in danger. . . .We have no one to rely upon, except our Father in Heaven. We must pray from the heart with deep concentration.”

The Haredi website Kikar HaShabbat last week reported that General (Res.) Yaakov Amidror, Chief Advisor for National Security, came to Rav Ovadia’s house and briefed him with information of Iran’s nuclear plan.

RACHEL ABRAMS wrote that Palestinians are "animals" and their children "devils' spawn." Mrs. Abrams' hatred was endorsed by the Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin ("Rubin said that she admires Abrams, has quoted her a lot, thinks she's an excellent writer and endorsed the sentiment behind the Abrams blog post").

Big Media, like the New York Times, have suppressed all reporting of this volcanic Talmudic hate by a prominent Zionist who is the wife of Elliott Abrams. Racist statements by Zionists and Khazars are protected from sustained reporting and editorial outrage.

The Talmud decrees that gentiles are lesser beings that do not possess the Neshamah HaElyonah which superior Judaics possess. Therefore, hate-speech directed against Palestinians and their children does not register in the western media the way it would if it were directed at fully human beings.

Editor's Note: The insouciance with which the New York Times celebrates the life of the late atomic physicist Norman Ramsey, who died Nov. 4, is breathtaking. Accompanying their obituary (below), The Times published a photo of Ramsey signing the atomic bomb that was dropped on Nagasaki and killed tens of thousands of civilians, as if he were signing a birthday card. If Dr. Ramsey had been photographed signing the door of the alleged gas chamber at Auschwitz, the New York Times would have condemned him as a monster, but their laudatory obituary is oblivious to the horrors perpetrated at Nagasaki by war criminals like Ramsey, including Japanese children with acute radiation burns. This depraved indifference emanates from blind faith in the Allied dogma of The Good War, and the Talmudic mentality of Judaic-victim exceptionalism.

Norman Ramsey Dies at 96; Work Led to the Atomic Clock
By Jascha Hoffman
New York Times, November 7, 2011, page A19

Norman F. Ramsey in 1989

Ramsey signing the atomic bomb that was dropped on Nagasaki, Japan in 1945.

Norman F. Ramsey, the Nobel Prize-winning physicist who developed a precise method to probe the structure of atoms and molecules and used it to devise a remarkably exact way to keep time, died on Friday in Wayland, Mass. He was 96. His death was confirmed by his wife, Ellie. In 1949, Dr. Ramsey invented an experimental technique to measure the frequencies of electromagnetic radiation most readily absorbed by atoms and molecules. The technique allowed scientists to investigate their structure with greater accuracy and enabled the development of a new kind of timekeeping device known as the atomic clock. Dr. Ramsey received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1989 for both achievements.

“If you made a list of the most outstanding physicists of the 20th century, he’d be among the leaders,” said Leon M. Lederman, emeritus director of the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, Ill., which Dr. Ramsey helped found.

Early in the 20th century, physicists began to decipher the structure of atoms from measurements of the wavelengths of light they released and absorbed, a method called atomic spectroscopy. In 1937, the physicist Isidor Isaac Rabi of Columbia University developed a means of studying atoms and molecules by sending a stream of them through rapidly alternating magnetic fields. As Dr. Rabi’s student at Columbia in the late 1930s, Dr. Ramsey worked to refine it.

In 1949, when he was at Harvard, Dr. Ramsey discovered a way to improve the technique’s accuracy: exposing the atoms and molecules to the magnetic fields only briefly as they entered and left the apparatus. His new approach — which Dr. Ramsey called the separated oscillatory fields method, but which is often simply referred to as the Ramsey method — is widely used today. Dr. Ramsey’s research helped lay the groundwork for nuclear magnetic resonance, whose applications include the M.R.I. technique now widely used for medical diagnosis. (Do his MRIs help diagnose elderly Japanese with radiation sickness from Nagasaki? -Michael Hoffman)

But the most immediate application of the Ramsey method has been in the development of highly accurate atomic clocks. Since 1967 it has been used to define the exact span of a second, not as a fraction of the time it takes Earth to revolve around the Sun, but as 9,192,631,770 radiation cycles of a cesium atom. In 1960, working with his student Daniel Kleppner, now an emeritus professor of physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Ramsey invented a different type of atomic clock, known as the hydrogen maser, whose remarkable stability has since been used to confirm the minute effects of gravity on time as predicted by Einstein’s theory of general relativity. Atomic clocks like the hydrogen maser are also used in the ground-based timing systems that track global positioning satellites. Dr. Ramsey did not anticipate that his laboratory technique would have such applications. “I didn’t even know there was a problem about clocks initially,” he said in a 1995 oral history interview. “My wristwatch was pretty good.”

Norman Foster Ramsey Jr. was born on Aug. 27, 1915, in Washington, the son of Minna Bauer Ramsey, a mathematics teacher, and Norman Foster Ramsey, an Army officer. After receiving his Ph.D. under Dr. Rabi at Columbia, he worked at the M.I.T. Radiation Laboratory and served as a radar consultant to the secretary of war.

In 1943 he went to Los Alamos, N.M., to work on the Manhattan Project, leading a team that helped assemble the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan (the Times has no other comment on his role in the atomic holocaust - Michael Hoffman).

After the war, he taught for nearly four decades at Harvard, mentoring scores of graduate students, many of whom went on to start their own research groups. Although he officially retired in 1986, he continued his work through his early 90s. In recent years, he collaborated with a team of British physicists to study the symmetry of the neutron, searching for evidence that it was not perfectly spherical. Dr. Ramsey presided over the founding of Fermilab and another major particle accelerator laboratory, the Brookhaven National Laboratory on Long Island, where he was the first head of the physics department in the 1940s. As the first science adviser to NATO, he initiated summer school programs to train European scientists. He led a National Research Council committee that concluded in 1982 that contrary to the findings of the House Select Committee on Assassinations, acoustical evidence did not support the existence of a second gunman in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Dr. Ramsey had an athletic flair. He learned to ski in Norway in the 1930s. Later, he took up long-board surfing and ice sailing, and he traveled with his second wife, Ellie Welch Ramsey, from the Himalayas to Antarctica. After having a knee replaced in the 1980s, he continued to ski. Dr. Ramsey’s first wife, Elinor, died in 1983. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Margaret Kasschau, Patricia Ramsey, Winifred Swarr and Janet Farrell; two stepchildren, Marguerite and Gerard Welch; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Colleagues said Dr. Ramsey was a tall man with bright white hair who gestured energetically and walked briskly. “He had a messianic quality when talking about his work,” said Gerald Gabrielse, a physics professor at Harvard. William Phillips, a physicist at the University of Maryland, said Dr. Ramsey’s forceful presence and as his contributions “set the tone for a generation of physicists.”

Rabbi Lior's racism is not his fault

By Salman Masalha

Haaretz (Israeli newspaper) | July 4, 2011

(Michael Hoffman’s commentary follows this report)

First, let me say this: As a descendant of one of the Sons of Noah who has violated all manners of prohibitions, I am doomed to any number of odd and sundry deaths. The choice offered to those of my ilk is one of the following three: death by sword, death by stoning or death by strangulation. In his Law of Kings, Moses Maimonides (the Rambam) specifies that for violating the Noahide laws I am sentenced to death by the sword, unless I have sex with a Jewish maiden who is engaged to be married, in which case I shall be stoned to death; alternatively, if she is already married, then I am to be strangled to death.

I am addressing this matter in light of the tempest over the detention for police questioning of the recalcitrant Rabbi Dov Lior, who did not report for an interview despite repeated supplications from law enforcement authorities.

I don't understand what all the fuss is about. None of the racist things attributed to one rabbi or another...are new....The naked truth must be told.

There are some good-intentioned, if entirely naive, souls who are quick to quote verses such as "Love your neighbor as yourself." They seek to coat the bitter pill by presenting some positive side of religion. But they forget that "your neighbor" refers solely to another Jew.

Not to mention "Haviv adam shenivra b’tzelem" ("Beloved is man who is created in the image"), which is cited incessantly as supposed proof of humanity of any kind in humanism in general and in Judaism in particular. Here, too, the reference is to Jews only.

According to the sages, only Israel, Jews, are called "adam," "and not the nations of the world."

Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak Hacohen Kook (“Haro’eh"), providing a persuasive explanation to his flock: "The difference between the Israeli soul, its independence, its inner yearning, its aspiration, its characteristics and disposition, and the soul of all the other nations, is greater and deeper than the difference between the soul of a human being and the soul of a beast."

What could we possibly add to these warm sentiments?

All the greatest experts in halakha (Jewish law) follow this concept. For the sake of example, here's the explanation of Rabbi Judah Loew ben Bezalel (the Maharal): "The perfection of creation, which relates to the human in particular, applies to Israel and not to the nations."

He added that the gradation of Israel in comparison to the other nations is comparable to the gradation of the human being in comparison to non-speaking animals.

If this is the situation, then why are so many politicians and self-declared defenders of the law picking on the respected rabbi of the national religious movement? The "enlightened" rabbi did not invent the wheel, after all. He only hung the...dirty laundry out in public. The populist politicians show off their dirty clothes in their media-blanketed appearances at every available opportunity (see under: Jewish democracy ), and in their eyes the rabbi is guilty of slander...

MICHAEL HOFFMAN'S AFTERWORD

The author of this article is beginning to refute in detail, line by line, the rabbinic propaganda about Judaism's alleged equality and love for all. Deconstructing rabbinic doubletalk, decoy texts and the complex hermeneutic of evasion and deception which undergirds it, is the main objective of this writer's book, Judaism Discovered.

The goyim are repeatedly told that the Pharisee Hillel was a decent fellow, on par with his contemporary, Jesus Christ. We are informed that Hillel taught, "That which is hateful to you, do not do unto another: This is the whole Torah."

The people regaling us with this warm fuzzy story "forgot" to mention that Hillel's golden rule only applied to Jews (though he supposedly related it to a gentile).

Orthodox Judaism's ferocious racism is at the core of all the canonical rabbinic texs, from alpha to omega, from the Mishnah to the Kitzur Shulchan Aruch. In an Internet age, Rabbi Dov Lior is too honest in his expression of anti-goyism. Consequently, counterfeit "Israel" is embarrassed by his candor and in order to keep up appearances, must be seen to haul him into court. It's nothing more than a face-saving publicity stunt. Israeli rabbis who impart vicious Talmudic racism in a more sophisticated and covert manner are left alone to build more yeshivas, financed with American Zionist and Zionist-"Christian" cash.

Note on the text: we have printed only excerpts from Salman Masalha's essay, which also included a general rant against "monotheism," which seriously mars his otherwise laudable research. What does he desire as an alternative to monotheism, a return to paganism? Belief in the truth of one God and the Law proclaimed by Christ Jesus, does not lead to hatred. It is the foundation of an ethical civilization.

Hundreds in Jerusalem protest the arrest of senior rabbis

By Yair Ettinger
Haaretz (Israeli newspaper) | July 4, 2011

Hundreds of people gathered in front of the Supreme Court in Jerusalem on Monday night for a mass protest against the arrests of senior rabbis who were briefly detained for incitement after they endorsed a religious tract justifying the killing of non-Jews.

Hundreds of police officers were stationed around the Supreme Court in Jerusalem on Monday in preparation for potentially violent protests.

Two senior rabbis who had endorsed the book Torat Hamelech ("The King's Torah”) -- which among other things preaches in favor of killing Arab infants -- Rabbi Dov Lior and Rabbi Yaakov Yosef, the son of Shas spiritual leader Ovadia Yosef, were shortly detained for questioning in recent days. The two spoke at the rally, along with some twenty senior leaders in religious Zionism at the event dubbed "In honor of the Torah."

"We need to thank those responsible for the arrests, otherwise we would still be sleeping," Rabbi Yaakov Yosef said during the rally, explaining that his arrest had awakened rightist activists.

The protesters are rabbis and yeshiva students, some of which stress they do not condone the book Torat Hamelech, but oppose the humiliation of rabbis and the Torah.
