USURY BOOK UPDATE WEEK OF SEPT. 17

I am mostly consumed with finishing my book on usury. There is so much fascinating and undiscovered documents and material that I can't overlook them. I might as well make the book's documentation as strong as it posibly can be.

Today I found a passage from a twelfth century Catholic bishop who advised the lay people to "take up arms" against those who charge interest on money! I wonder what that bishop would have said about the "Christian-Republican" state of Idaho, where the legal rate of usury on a loan is 400%?

I am sustained, thus far in this book project, by donations received from approximately twelve wonderful people. Their donations are not for printing the book -- that will be have to be charged on credit (we have non-usurious credit with the printer), and then paid for by sales of the book in advance of its publication.

Current donations are keeping me going while I am writing - providing gas money for me to travel to university libraries, paying my household bills and offsetting the cost of hundreds of dollars in  books and primary materials I have purchased since August. HOLOCAUST AMNESIA

The 30th anniversary of the Sabra and Chatila massacre in Lebanon has passed with hardly any notice. Several hundred Palestinians were butchered by Israeli proxies in Lebanon on Sept. 16, 1982. Throughout July and August of that year, the Israeli air force, under the command of Ariel Sharon, carpet-bombed clearly marked civilian centers in the city of Beirut, including nursing homes, hospitals and apartment blocks. In August of 1982 the attacks escalated to terror bombing of downtown Beirut in a true holocaust (death by fire).

The Israelis commit war crimes and atrocities with impunity. They know that after the initial editorial outrage, their mass murder will never form part of a permanent collective ritual of commemoration similar to the eternal remembrance and teaching of the Nazi persecution of Judaic people under the rubric "the Holocaust."

No one can comprehend or fully account for this Zionist mentality of callous indifference toward the murder victims of the Israeli military without being conversant with Talmudic culture and ethics; at the heart of which is the concept of Judaic racial and spiritual superiority. That is the reason why the conscience-on-its-sleeve liberal media turns its back on the remembrance of the slaughter of the Arabs by the Israelis.

On the 30th anniversary of the Sabra and Chatila massacre the New York Times printed, with regard to the visit to Lebanon by Pope Benedict XVI, "Lebanon is still rebuilding from a devastating 1975-1990 civil war fought largely on sectarian lines..." (16 Sept. 2012, p. A14 print edition only; online edition has been bowdlerized).

"Civil war"? Was it the Lebanese who bombed Beirut from jets throughout the summer of 1982? Actually it was Sharon's aerial terrorists, but that fact is forgotten and covered up. The NY Times implies the Lebanese did it to themselves. How perverse.

Notice that the reference to "rebuiding" Lebanon is limited to destruction perpetrated during the years 1975-1990. No mention is made of the massive destruction Israeli bombs, rockets, missiles and artillery fire visited upon Lebanon in the summer of 2006 in the course of which hundreds of Arab children were killed and thousands of homes and businesses were destroyed.

Just before the Israelis withdrew in 2006 they dropped tens of thousands of land mines all over the Lebanese countryside to guarantee years of crippling and maiming injuries, mostly of children who attempt to pick up the bomblets, thinking they are toys.

A question for the New York Times: is Lebanon "rebuilding" from the Israeli holocaust in 2006? Apparently not, because your timeline stops at 1990. The entire Israeli war in Lebanon of 2006 has been ommitted from the New York Times' remembrance.

In the same issue that makes these deliberate and flagrant omissions, there is an obituary for "Holocaust Survivor" Eli Zborowski, who is celebrated for supporting "Holocaust Remembrance." In his N.Y. Times' obituary we read, "In 2000, when the pope visited Yad Vashem, some criticized him for declining to comment directly on the church's silence about Hitler's crimes during the war...” (16 Sept. 2012, p. A25; [published online Sept. 12]).

Always these self-righteous accusations in the face of Judaism's own extraordinary hypocrisy!

What about the "silence" of the New York Times concerning Israeli crimes during the First and Second Lebanese wars of 1982 and 2006?

The explanation of the disparity between suffering remembered, and suffering dismissed, is that "Jews" are human beings, and deserve commemoration, reparations and remembrance. Whereas the Arabs are sub-humans who deserve obscurity, anonymity and ignominy. Or as the Talmud informs its followers: "You are called men, but the gentiles are not men" (BT Bava Metzia 114b).

Yet another plutocrat has stepped forth to help elect Binyamin Netanyahu's junior partner to the presidency: "A billionaire investor whose family owns the Chicago Cubs is pressing ahead with a multimillion-dollar pro-Republican political campaign...Joe Ricketts, the founder of what became online brokerage T.D. Ameritrade Inc., plans to spend $10 million airing ads supporting GOP nominee Mitt Romney..." (Wall Street Journal, 17 September, p. 1).

From Moscow to Jerusalem, Always the Talmudic Double Standard

From the Jewish Daily Forward newspaper of August 21: On August 17, a mob of several dozen Israeli teenagers — some reports say as many as 50 — assaulted four Palestinian youths in the center of Jerusalem, in an attack that even the Jerusalem police have labeled an attempted "lynching." The Judaic youths shouted "death to Arabs" as they chased down and beat the Palestinians. One of the four Palestinian victims remains in critical condition after being resuscitated. Some of the alleged perpetrators have already been arrested. As the indictments and trials proceed, it is likely that a story will emerge of a few "bad apples" who don't represent Judaic youth as a whole. But this incident holds up a mirror to the faces of those who consider themselves part of the global Zionist movement.

It can be easy to write off these incidents as the work of a few radical Israeli "settlers," who do not represent the Israeli populace or the American diaspora. But this attack was different. It took place in Zion Square, in the heart of downtown Jerusalem, where every tourist to the city has stopped to eat a falafel or to browse displays of tallitot. According to some eyewitnesses, as many as 100 people — presumably ordinary Israelis and tourists — watched passively, without trying to stop the beatings. This attack was not a one-time event. It comes just a few months after a group of Israeli teenagers stormed the Malha Mall — the major shopping center in Jerusalem — yelling racist epithets and singling out Arab workers and shoppers for beatings. The worldwide Zionist movement complains constantly about so-called "anti-Semitism" within occupied Palestine. But among Israelis one regularly hears descriptions of Palestinians as a group that would be condemned as virulent anti-Semitism if one were to substitute the word "Jew." Offensive caricatures of Palestinians are displayed in synagogues. Dismissals of Palestinian identity, and callous denial of their history and the atrocities committed against them, are commonplace. Orthodox rabbis write authoritative books like Torat Hamelech which contain religious declarations based on the Talmud calling for the murder of Palestinian infants. "Torah sage" Rabbi Ovadia Yosef calls for the extermination of the Palestinians themselves. Is it any wonder that some Judaic youth hate Palestinians and Arabs and seek to beat and even lynch them?

None of these events are surprising given the contents of the Talmud and subsidiary texts, and the kind of racial worship which Israeli "Jews" are accorded by Protestant Fundamentalists in America, and the modern Church of Rome.

Judaic exceptionalism nullifies these horrors. This exceptionalism is a fixture of the Zionist controlled media in the U.S., Britain, Canada, Australia and Europe. Judaism's Talmud is whitewashed and presented to the public as a series of debates without halachic authority. 

Israeli massacres and war crimes against Lebanon and Palestine are never commemorated in the media -- the same media which annually notes every date associated with persecution of Judaics in World War II, from the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising to the liberation of Auschwitz. Meanwhile, all memory of the liberation of the brutal El Khiam concentration camp in Lebanon -- which was built under Israeli direction and staffed by their proxies -- has long since faded into the dust of history, just as the holocaust the Israelis perpetrated in Beirut in the summer of 1982 has vanished from the media's memory banks. Attacks committed by the Assad family in Syria in 1982 have been recently described as the worst in the region in that era -- the Israeli holocaust in Beirut in the same time period doesn't merit a blip on the radar screen of selective indignation. Lebanon was attacked again in the first decade of the 2lst century, as was Gaza. It's all forgotten now.

How do we account for this perverse amnesia? My answer would be that it perfectly reflects Talmudic doctrine, which holds that the "Jews" are above every other nation, may not be judged by goyim (gentiles), and are the only truly human beings on the planet. I have written two books exploring the fact that this dogma is indeed halacha (the law) in Orthodox Judaism, emanating from the Mishnah and Gemara (i.e. the Talmud Bavli), Rashi, Maimonides, the Shulchan Aruch, Mishnah Berurah, etc. ad nauseam. 

These facts cannot be acknowledged or discussed in the conservative, liberal or middle of the road American media. The tool of intimidation, the "anti-semitism" canard, is used to keep timid souls -- ranging from the John Birch Society on the Right, to The Nation magazine on the Left -- from accepting advertisements for my books or reviewing and critiquing them. It's not just my books of course that suffer this infamous "silent treatment." 

Every other religion, from Islam to Christianity, is open to scrutiny and denunciation except Talmudic Judaism. Valdimir Putin is now a far more villainous character in the eyes of the West for defending the sanctity of the rebuilt Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow, than the Saudi sheiks of Wahabi Islam who will not allow a single Christian chapel open to the public anywhere in their nation. The media fail to mention that the cathedral Putin and the Russian judiciary defended against the defilement of a rock band with a name as degraded as the band members themselves, had been razed in the 1930s by a top Judaic Communist, Lazar Kaganovich, who exulted at its ruin, declaring, "Mother Russia is cast down!"

If any "punk" band had entered a synagogue in Germany that had been rebuilt after Nazis had torn it down, and then performed a mime against Binyamin Nentanyahu set to filthy lyrics on the Internet, most of the same "defenders of free speech" now caterwauling against the Russian government for its repression of "art and satire," would be howling for the heads of the punks who invaded the synagogue. The prerogatives of the artist would be dismissed as a "flimsy cover" for "anti-semitic hate speech," and off to Germany's jails they would be carted, just as revisionist satirists and historians have been imprisoned in Germany when they have blasphemed against the sacred icon of the evanescent gas chamber of Auschwitz.

Always the Talmudic double standard. 

In the name of democracy, tolerance and liberty for all, we are ruled by the spirit of the Talmud.

Orthodox Abuse Suspects Get Exemption

Brooklyn Prosecutors Deny Request for Identity of Sex Suspects

Orthodox Jews charged with child sex abuse in Brooklyn (New York) should have their identities protected because of the community’s “tight-knit and insular” nature, prosecutors claim in a remarkable response to demands for information about the cases.

Rejecting a Forward request under the state’s Freedom of Information Law, the Brooklyn district attorney made the startling claim that Orthodox Jews deserve a blanket exemption from the usual public disclosure rules. Prosecutors claimed that Orthodox Jews are “unique” in that releasing the names of suspects would allow others in the community to identify their victims.

“The circumstances here are unique,” Assistant District Attorney Morgan Dennehy wrote in an April 16 letter to the Forward. “Because all of the requested defendant names relate to Hasidic men who are alleged to have committed sex crimes against Hasidic victims within a very tight-knit and insular Brooklyn community, there is a significant danger that the disclosure of the defendants’ names would lead members of that community to discern the identities of the victims.”

Although Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes has long resisted requests to identify Orthodox sex suspects, the letter is believed to represent the first time his office spelled out why it specifically singled them out for preferential treatment.

Dennehy cited the state’s civil rights laws in denying the Forward’s request for the names of 85 Orthodox Jews arrested on sex charges during the past three years. The Forward made its request in December 2011 after prosecutors announced that scores of Orthodox Jews had been charged under a special program designed to encourage the community to come forward with information.

He did not explain whether prosecutors had concluded that there was anything specific about each of the 85 suspects that might make it possible for others to determine the identity of their victim from the identity of the suspect.

He also did not explain whether such a blanket exemption might be granted to other similarly “tight-knit” communities in the borough. And there were no details about what criteria prosecutors would use to determine whether a particular group should be granted such preferential status.

Dennehy also claimed that revealing the names of abuse suspects could harm the operation of the DA’s special hotline, Kol Tzedek, or Voice of Justice, which was set up to three years ago to encourage Orthodox abuse victims to come forward. Disclosing suspects’ names could cause victims to lose faith in the hotline, which in turn would “interfere with law enforcement investigations or judicial proceedings,” he claimed.

Marci Hamilton, a law professor at Yeshiva University, said that prosecutors’ refusal to release the suspects’ names or other information about their alleged crimes amounts to “enabling” abusers.

“I think they are complicit in what enables these kinds of perpetrators in these kinds of communities if they are going… to refuse to publish names of any child sex predators,” Hamilton said. “When names of perpetrators are made public, their other victims are empowered to come forward and the whole community is given the power to identify and stop them and other predators.”

Hamilton added: “What the DA’s office is doing, unfortunately, is playing right into the hands of the abusers.”

Daniel Mullkoff, a legal fellow with the New York Civil Liberties Union, said there was no good reason to withhold the names of abuse suspects from the public. “In this case, the public has raised concerns about what the district attorney is doing,” he said. “Withholding of this information is without a legal basis and denies access to just the type of information that the public records law seeks to make public.”

In October 2009, Hynes office redacted the names of 26 Orthodox Jews on a list of those charged with sex crimes. A Freedom of Information Law request submitted by the Forward to see those names was refused.

When Hynes last year trumpeted the arrests of 85 Orthodox Jews on sex crimes charges since 2008, he again refused to release the suspects’ names. He cited the need to protect the identity of victims. Yet that same week, Hynes issued a press release publicizing the name of a non-Jewish man convicted of raping his girlfriend’s daughter. Hynes released the man’s name, the neighborhood where he lived and the victim’s age, enough information for any neighbor to identify the girl.

Hynes even refused to name 14 Orthodox people who were convicted of sex crimes, 10 of whom pleaded guilty. They were sentenced to between one month and 20 years in jail. Although some of those cases were covered in the media, several were adjudicated without public scrutiny.

Manufactured Disgust and Imperial Cynicism

Since failing to win United Nations Security Council backing for “regime change” in Syria, Washington and its lackeys in the corporate media have been unrelenting in voicing their great moral outrage at both the violence of the Assad regime and the seeming indifference to it all by the likes of Russia and China. Washington is no doubt long in forgetting those that thwart the will of the “international community.” After all, as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton stated, the “travesty” of the Russian and Chinese veto left the entire Security Council “neutered.”

Given this, it was of little surprise to see Ms. Clinton mount her soapbox once more last week in Tunis at the meeting of the so-called “friends of Syria.” As Ms. Clinton moralized Friday:

It’s quite distressing to see two permanent members of the Security Council using their veto when people are being murdered, women, children, brave young men. Houses are being destroyed. It is just despicable. And I ask, whose side are they on? They are clearly not on the side of the Syrian people.

Clinton’s remarks won swift and high praise from the American punditry. On the PBS Newshour, Mark Shields swooned over Clinton’s performance. As he commented, “It was impassioned. It was eloquent. It was really, I thought, quite moving.” David Brooks likewise fawned, “The reaction was something I think we should be proud of, clearly a lot of passion, a lot of directness.”

The New York Times, meanwhile, also weighted in on the Syrian crisis with a Friday editorial (titled “Syria’s Horrors“). As the paper argued, “The United States and Europe need to use all their powers of persuasion and shaming to get Moscow and Beijing to cut all ties [with Syria].” In an editorial published just a week prior (titled “The Enablers“), the Times called on Russia and China to finally “meet the test of leadership” by “standing against Mr. Assad’s siege on his people.” Little doubt, then, that the Times also took heart in Clinton’s Tunis show.

But least one think the violence gripping Syria really moves such pillars of the U.S. liberal establishment like the New York Times and Ms. Clinton, let us briefly recall how the both responded to Operation Cast Lead. That is, Israel’s 23-day assault on the Gaza strip in late 2008, early 2009. The Israeli assault—or more properly, war crime—left a total of 1,385 Palestinians dead, 318 of which were under the age of 18. (5,300 more Palestinians were also wounded.)

So, as Israel slaughtered Palestinians in Gaza, did Ms. Clinton deride the distressing murder of women and children? Did she bemoan a “neutered” Security Council unable to respond? No. Instead, just the same as then President-elect Obama, Ms. Clinton hid behind the notion that “there is only one secretary of state.” Not that she would have acted any differently had she been actively serving as secretary of state.

But how about the Times? Did the paper of record lament the horrors unfolding in Gaza? Did it call on the U.S. to meet the test of leadership and stand against the Israel siege of Gaza? No. In fact, in the midst of the slaughter, the Times boldly editorialized, “Israel must defend itself.” Then to perhaps demonstrate their “humanity,” the editorial board cautiously affirmed that, “Israel must make every effort to limit civilian casualties.” The Israeli motive behind its attack on Gaza, of course, was beyond rebuke for the Times.

The great anxiety presently on prominent display by the U.S. liberal establishment over the violence in Syria is then nothing but a public show of manufactured disgust. Such displays of outrage by the likes of Ms. Clinton and the New York Times are really little more than cynical ploys veiling imperial aims.

In fact, a recent Times op-ed by former Mossad chief Efraim Halevy, arguing that the ouster of Assad would lead to a strategic defeat of Iran, encapsulates the real motives behind all such contrived outrage. As Mr. Halevy wrote:

Getting Iran booted out of Syria is essential for Israel’s security. And if Mr. Assad goes, Iranian hegemony over Syria must go with him. Anything less would rob Mr. Assad’s departure of any significance.

He noted further, “The current standoff in Syria presents a rare chance to rid the world of the Iranian menace to international security and well-being.”

Now, without a doubt, the Syrian people have every right to resist despotic rule. But they would be wise to give pause to their purported “friends” residing amongst the U.S. liberal elite who employ such imperial cynicism.

New York Times lectures Pakistan on nukes - omits Israeli nukes

Here is more of the same — the insufferable Talmudic double-standard which the NY Times, in its Zionist exceptionalism, regularly undertakes when self-righteously lecturing Muslims about their alleged moral failings and ethical lapses, in this case, in the realm of nuclear weapons. Pay attention, little Muslims, as the Times imparts to you its superior morality out of Animal Farm: Pakistani nukes bad, Israeli nukes invisible!

The lead editorial in the New York Times:

 “..experts say, it (Pakistan) has already manufactured enough fuel for 40 to 100 additional weapons. That means Pakistan...could soon possess the world's fifth-largest arsenal, behind the United States, Russia, France and China but ahead of Britain and India. Washington and Moscow, with thousands of nuclear weapons each, still have the most weapons by far, but at least they are making serious reductions.”

—"Pakistan’s Nuclear Folly," NY Times Editorial, Feb. 20, 2011 (emphasis supplied).

The omission of “Israel” from the list is arrogant and brazen; the unwritten undercurrent being that the Judaic possession of nuclear weapons exists in such a vastly higher moral dimension of survival and security concerns with regard to the welfare of superior Israeli human beings, as to be off-limits to editorial consideration, journalistic scrutiny or analogies to other nations' WMD. It is an axiom: God’s Holy People must possess the bomb, while, for unholy Pakistanis to do so in anything other than token amounts, is “folly.”

The Times, in finger-pointing at Pakistan’s possession of weapons of mass destruction, enumerates the world’s nuclear powers (Russia, France, China, Britain and India), while the unmentionable power in possession of those weapons is rendered invisible. This outrageous omission, which demonstrates the degree to which Zionist ideologues operate the Times under a patina of liberal universalism,  is in keeping with official policy of the “State of Israel,” which decrees that Israeli nuclear possession is disputed, and should neither be confirmed nor denied by the media.

Questions for the New York Times: 

How many nuclear weapons are there in the Israeli arsenal? Have they increased in recent years? Are the Israelis determined to gain additional nuclear weapons? If so, is this determination any kind of “folly” or cause for concern? What are the Israelis doing with the advanced, nuclear-powered submarine Germany donated to them? Are the Israelis under any obligation to reduce their nuclear stockpile, or is the “existential threat” posed by “militant Islam” a sufficient alibi for having no limits? How does the New York Times rank the Israeli nuclear weapon stockpile: sixth-largest, fourth-largest, third-largest? Under what onerous conditions of repression is Mordechai Vanunu — the Judaic nuclear technician and convert to Christianity, who was imprisoned for 18 years for the “crime” of confirming the existence of Israeli nuclear weapons -- living? Why, after all those years in prison, does he still face police harassment and restrictions on his freedom of expression in “the only democracy in the Middle East"?

I’ll bet it is “anti-semitic” to ask these questions.

We should all just be good scouts and limit ourselves to worrying about Pakistani nukes, while awaiting a signal from our high-caste commissars in New York to indicate to us when (if ever) it would not be "anti-semitic” to ask probing investigative questions about the existential threat which the enormous Israeli and American nuclear arsenals pose to sovereign Muslim nations, given the Israeli and American record of invasion, and mass murder of civilians, in Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan and Gaza.
